Change the locks when you move
You don't know how many copies of the old keys exist. Changing the locks on a new home or rental (with landlord approval where required) is the simplest way to know exactly who can get in.
Repair before replace
A lot of sticking locks just need adjustment: a strike plate that's dropped, a door that's swollen, or a worn latch. We check that first and only recommend a new lock if the old one is genuinely finished.

Yes. We carry common residential deadbolts, deadlatches and lever sets, and can recommend options at different price points.
I'm renting. Can I change the locks?
Check your lease and NSW tenancy rules first. Generally you need to give the landlord a copy of the new key. We're happy to work with your agent.
